Road Network:: Agofure applauds Gov Oborevwori over reconstruction of PTI/Jakpa Dual Road

The Chairman, Agofure Group of Companies and the Obaisi of Agbarho kingdom, Olorogun Godwin Omote Agofure, on behalf of His Royal Majesty, Dr. Emmanuel Ekemejewan Sideso, Abe 1, Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom, the Uvwie Council Chairman, Hon. Tony Ofoni and the good people of Uvwie local government area, has applauded the Delta State, Governor, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori over the reconstruction of the PTI/Jakpa dual road.

Olorogun Agofure who in a press statement signed and made available to newsmen at the company’s head office, PTI Road Effurun, commended the state governor for the reconstruction of the PTI/Jakpa Road, said the road is one of the over 50 road network across the state and it has made movement of vehicle a hitch free for all privates and commercial owners.

The Obaisi of Agbarho kingdom, Olorogun Godwin Omote Agofure in his statement said Gov. Oborevwori has over the two years of his administration constructed and commissioned several roads across the state, pointing out that commercial vehicles no longer spend several hours on the road before they get to their destination point.

Olorogun Agofure said, “We are using this medium to thank the administration of Governor Oborevwori for the road networks in Uvwie and its environs as privates and commercial vehicles now have several alternative link road in and around Uvwie to ease traffic jam and serious holdups that the area had experienced in the past.

“We appreciate the efforts of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff Oborevwri in the area of road networks in the Effurun and Warri twin-cities, as it is becoming obvious that the area is putting up a new face and we are sure and certain that in no distance time the old glory of Effurun and Warri may resurface as the governor is doing a good job in the area.”

Olorogun Agofure had earlier emphasized that good road network is a gateway for transporting of farm produce across communities to cushion the effects of hunger, pointing out that commercial vehicles no longer go through any form of stress of delivering their stock to the next community as challenges of bad roads are now a thing of the past.
