Senator representing Delta Central Senatorial District, Ede Dafinone, has described the coincidence of the celebration of the 71st Birthday and coronation of HRM Albert Akpomudje SAN, FCIArb, as 14th Owhorode of Olomu Kingdom as a sign grace and renewed greatness of the kingdom.

Dafinone who stated this in a special congratulatory message to the royal father, noted that his outstanding legal career endowed him with high integrity, discipline and excellence, adding that as Senior Advocate of Nigeria, the monarch is in an advantage position to dispense justice with fairness as a custodian of the culture and tradition of the Olomu people.

“It is with immense joy and deep pride that I, Senator Ede Dafinone, representing the good people of Delta Central Senatorial District, extend my heartfelt congratulations to His Royal Majesty, Albert Akpomudje, SAN, FCIArb, on his historic coronation as the 14th Owhorode of Olomu Kingdom and on the joyful occasion of his 71st Birthday”

The national lawmaker further alluded to the fact that beyond the success the monarch recorded in his legal profession, the royal father has not been found lacking in the promotion of Urhobo cause, adding that he has been a an advocate of Urhobo unity, a bridge builder, an epitome of selfless service and communal leadership.

Dafinone expressed optimism that the reign of the monarch will usher in unprecedented development in the kingdom.

“Beyond your distinguished legal accomplishments, Your Majesty has been an unwavering advocate for Urhobo unity and progress—a bridge-builder, a voice of reason, and a beacon of selfless service.

“Your wealth of experience in community leadership assures us that your reign will bring renewed harmony, purposeful development, and pride to Olomu Kingdom.

“As you ascend this sacred throne, may your reign be defined by peace, wisdom, and prosperity. The Urhobo Nation stand firmly with you in advancing the collective aspirations of the Olomu Kingdom and the Urhobo Nation at large”, he said.

Senator Dafinone prayed for God’s blessings, wisdom and longevity for the monarch
