In a moment of pride and joy, the Koko Community in Warri North Local Government Area is set to honor their illustrious son, Dr. Oritsegbegbemi Maurice Ojoede, on his recent appointment as the Executive Assistant (EA) on political to the Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori. 

The community will host a grand welcome party on Saturday, 6th September 2025, to celebrate this significant achievement.

The welcoming ceremony will take place at the Koko Community School, starting at 10:00 AM.

Community leaders expressed their happiness through an official statement, stating, “The good people of Koko Community, Warri North LGA, Delta State, are delighted to announce the Welcoming Ceremony in honour of our illustrious son, Dr. Oritsegbegbemi Maurice Ojoede, on his well-deserved appointment as Executive Assistant on political to the Governor of Delta State.”

They continued to express their gratitude, stating, “We sincerely appreciate His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori, the Governor of Delta State, for graciously finding our son worthy to serve in this capacity.”
