Otuaro Celebrates Ibori at 67, Credits Him for Laying Delta’s Foundation

Former Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, Esq., has hailed Chief James Onanefe Ibori for his pioneering role in shaping the modern Delta State.

In a goodwill message to mark Ibori’s birthday, Otuaro described the former governor as a visionary leader whose administration set the stage for the state’s current socio-political development.

“Your leadership laid the foundation upon which modern Delta was built,” Otuaro said.

“Your influence continues to guide our political growth and remains deeply woven into the fabric of Delta State.”

He expressed gratitude on behalf of his family and political associates, acknowledging Ibori as a father figure and source of personal inspiration.
